The majority of our garments and accessories are RENTAL ONLY for a standard 3-day rental period. Costumes can be reserved by filling out a rental agreement form and a credit card authorization form anytime before your event.

We recommend visiting our store prior to your event to try on items and ensure the best selection. We can also take requests over the phone to pull items and place on hold for 48 hours for you to come in a reserve later if you wish.

If you complete a reservation and need to cancel after 48 hours, a $25 cancellation fee will be applied for holding the items off the floor.

The Rental Agreement and Credit Card Authorization form must be completed, signed and all rental fees paid when your costume is picked up.

Rental prices depend on how many items you're looking to rent. Complete costume rentals range from $20-$250, depending on how elaborate you are trying to go. The average cost for a costume is around $75. Also, all cleaning fees are included in your rental cost!

If a specific item on our website catches your eye, give us a call at 360-558-7778 and we can give you pricing information. We can also separate multi-piece costumes and rent any item on its own.

We recommend that you try on all garments before renting as these items have been used in theatrical productions and may have been altered to fit an actor. Therefore, the size tag in the garment does not necessarily represent the garment’s actual size.

For a nominal fee, we offer hemming and minor alterations for a perfect fit!

Our normal rental period is for 72-hours (3 days). We are closed Sundays & Mondays, so weekend rentals are generally due back the following Tuesday

We can provide rental extensions when needed for an additional fee.

Theater production rentals are typically for the run of the show.

The Renter shall be liable for the cost of repair or replacement of damaged costumes (e.g. broken zippers, rips, make-up stains, excess soil, etc.) or missing costume parts. Any items with pre-existing damage are noted on your paperwork before rentaling.

No need to wash or dry clean your items after your event! All cleaning fees are included in the price of your rental.

If you cancel your rental or do not pick up by the rental pick up date, you will forfeit your $25 security deposit, as we have held your rental off the floor and were unable to rent to anyone else

If your rental is more than 24 hours late without contacting us, you will forfeit your $25 rental deposit. If your rental is more than 5 days late – without any communication – you will forfeit your $25 deposit and be charged the replacement value of the garments.

By signing the credit authorization form, any renter who does not return the rented merchandise has authorized Center Stage Clothiers L.L.C to charge their credit card for the replacement value of all items rented in the rental agreement. All reasonable attorney fees and court cost incurred in the enforcement of the terms of the rental agreement are the responsibility of the renter signing the rental agreement.

You should also understand that some costumes may impair vision, mobility and be hazardous around heat or open flame. You must accept responsibility for your own personal safety and well being.
